1. Parties and Scope

The site at afsakar.dev and all of its pages are operated by Azad Furkan Şakar ("Site Owner"). Anyone visiting the site is referred to as the "User".

The site offers articles, project write-ups, documentation for open-source and paid software packages, and a newsletter subscription. No accounts are created and no payments are taken on this site.

2. Site Content

2.1. The articles, code samples and documentation on this site are for information only; they are not a substitute for professional advice.

2.2. Content may be changed, updated or removed without prior notice.

2.3. Code samples are provided "as is". Testing them before using them in your own projects is your responsibility.

3. Software Packages

3.1. Open-source packages presented on this site are governed by the licence stated in their own repositories. Nothing on this page overrides those licences.

3.2. Paid packages are not sold through this site but through the third-party platform linked on the relevant page. Payment, invoicing, delivery, refunds and licensing fall entirely under that platform and the sales agreement made there. Prices shown here are for information and do not constitute a binding offer.

3.3. Package documentation describes the current version of the package; compatibility with older versions is not guaranteed.

4. Newsletter Subscription

4.1. Subscribing asks for your email address and nothing else. It is used only to send the newsletter; it is never shared with third parties for marketing or sold.

4.2. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link. One click, no reason required, effective immediately.

4.3. Details of how your personal data is processed are set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The articles, images, design, logo and brand elements on this site belong to the Site Owner or to their respective rights holders.

5.2. You may quote reasonable extracts from the articles with attribution and a link. Reproducing, republishing or using the content in full on another site without permission is not permitted.

5.3. Unless stated otherwise, code samples may be used freely in your own projects. Attribution is not required, though it is appreciated.

6. User Obligations

The User agrees not to send automated or excessive requests to the site, not to attempt to circumvent its security measures, not to interfere with its operation, and not to use the site for any purpose contrary to applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The site is provided "as is". No guarantee is given that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2. The Site Owner is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of information on this site.

7.3. Third-party sites linked from here are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.
